The new VarioStrap 2.0

With the versatile VarioStrap 2.0, the Element sling can be both, a sling backpack or an agile shoulder bag. Rotation joints, a completely redesigned shoulder pad and a new strap geometry mean you can carry this compagnon just as you prefer and achieve great comfort.

The Element sling 7L 2.0 remains securely planted in place at all times, even on a bike or when walking fast. Even heavily loaded, it offers relief and ergonomics for your back.

Thanks to the rolltop storage, up to 5 liters of additional capactiy are always available on demand without adding bulk when not in use. Two generous storage compartments for water bottle(s) and/or tripod(s) on both sides of the bag add extra convenience.

The internal storage can be customized using thermoformed ProTec padding elements. With impeccable protective performance, it takes up less space in the storage compartment and is particularly easy to adjust, stable and durable.

Someone recommended the Element sling 11 to me but I can only find the Element sling 7L. What's the difference?

Element sling 11 used to be an earlier name for this bag model. The first version, the Element sling 7L v1, is largely identical to the Element sling 11.

Originally, the number described the maximum tablet size (11 inches), but for better comparability all Element models are now labeled with liter volume.

In the meantime, we have of course improved the Element sling 7L 2.0 with new, practical features and comfort functions as well as even more optimized materials and components. The Element sling 7L 2.0 therefore marks a significant technical advancement, but sticking to the form factor of the original Element sling 11.

How much storage capacity can the Element sling 7L offer?

The main storage space offers approx. 7L volume for your equipment. In addition, you can use 5L of storage space in the roll-top separately as required or combine it. Simply open the partition to create one extra-large storage space.

Which way can I carry the Element sling 7L 2.0?

The sling 7L 2.0 is equipped with the VarioStrap 2.0 and offers you the option of carrying it as a sling backpack or shoulder bag. It can be positioned comfortably diagonally on your back like a small rucksack with one shoulder strap. There is even a front fixation strap that can be added for stable fit.

Of course, special hinges on the strap also allow the Element sling 7L 2.0 to be used just like a classic shoulder bag.
