We deliver online orders to Germany and internationally. The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days, Europe 3-8 working days and International 10-25 working days. Shipping to islands may add 1-7 business days of delivery time, depending on country of destination.
Deliveries outside of the European Tax Union may be delayed by local authorities, import regulations and local general conditions. Neither we nor our carriers are able to influence these delays directly.

* Deliveries within the EU include the applicable tax of the country of delivery. The correct tax rate and total amount will be calculated after entering the address at checkout. Deliveries outside the EU do not include tax and/or customs duties by default. When entering an address outside the EU, a tax-exempt amount will be calculated for all products during the checkout process. Taxes and customs duties may be levied by the local authorities. For some destination countries and orders, import duties and taxes may be covered by us. This is only possible with a “tax prepaid” shipping option. Other shipping methods without the “tax prepaid” option do not include taxes and duties. These are the recipient's responsibility. Deliveries for which customs clearance has not been completed by the recipient can only be refunded after the goods have been returned to us. Shipping costs originally charged are non-refundable in the event of non-importation.
