You've probably heard or read something about Steffen Böttcher, better known as the Style Pirate. It's quite possible that you became aware of us through a recommendation from Stilpiraten. We got to know Steffen a good year and a half ago - shortly after his return from Vietnam. He had one of our first compagnon messengers with him in Vietnam. He was a beta tester, so to speak, and has since given us a lot of valuable input and supported us wherever he could. Thank you Steffen again at this point. That's what he said about messenger back then:
So one thing led to another and Steffen spent a "few days" in Ghana together with Valentin at the beginning of this year. This resulted in the "Logbook Ghana" (click on it), as well as the movie about the trip "Stories from Ghana"...
Since Steffen has a blog that is well worth reading, that a lot of people read and at least as many people like what he does, we decided together in Ghana to put the crown on the "compagnon x Stilpirat" connection and to bring out a, attention marketing jargon, signature line. The whole thing was also limited to 25 pieces, of which quite a considerable number are already gone, so that the whole thing remains exciting. The result is a beautiful handmade photo bag for several lenses and bodies, made of leather and in the usual compagnon quality. Embossed on it is the Stilpiraten logo and one of his life mottos - "Life is about saying "yes". Just take a look at these pictures.
