IGU Features

Lenses
- lenses with a max length of 27.5 centimeters do fit inside the 10L and 6L IGU Internal Gear Units

Accessories
- separately padded laptop compartment for laptops up to 15 inch size (Macbook Pro from 2019 also 16 inch), depending on thickness of the laptop documents or a tablet/iPad can be added to the compartment
- according to the size of the camera kit you can add a compact drone setup, for example a DJI Mavic Pro with accessories
- water bottles, compact to medium large tripods or gimbals can be placed on both exterior sides of the bag
- when needed a center tripod mount on the front of the Adapt backpack 25L can be used for large tripods

210D RE|HD - Exterior Shell
The Adapt backpack is contructed from a leading, technical Nylon High Density 'HD' fabric. It is very lightweight, durable but still supple. Additionally, 'RE' in the name of the fibre hints to its origin from a recycling process. But being 100% recycled is not all there is to it. Sadly, recycling yarns made from plastic bottles are often not as ecological as they suggest. It's not rare for PET bottles/blanks to be made solely to be shredded right away and recycled into yarn without ever having been used. We do not support this greenwashing so the fibres for the Adapt backpack are made from industrial plastic waste, which exists in huge amounts, has extraordinary purity and quality. It is ideal to create premium recycling fibres. Still, recycling waste PET bottles is a good thing so we're also using fibres of this origin for parts of the carrying ergo system. In keeping with the dream of clean oceans, the Adapt backpack exterior features a subtle & rare finishing which creates a resemblance to soft ocean waves and adding to its sophisticated look and feel. Of course, the 210D RE|HD shell is weather resistant and durable for any kind of daily challenges you may encounter.
Fabric Interior & IGU Internal Gear Units
True ecological awareness and fairness is more than skin-deep. So we're also using nylon fabrics recycled from industrial plastic waste for the interior of the Adapt backpack as well as its IGU Internal Gear Units. The fibre is light and dependable. The 80D fabric keeps the weight low, is smooth to the touch and protective for gear. Just like our Element line bags, created for demanding outdoor use, the Adapt backpack is made by our responsible manufacturing partner we get to share with other world-leading outdoor performance brands to establish fair working conditions, pay and labour protection for everybody in Asia and beyond.
